I also got a $3 off CVS coupon for beauty club members for cosmetics purchase this week. So, my daughter and I bought 2 smokey shadowblast eye shadows at $8 each. We would never pay that but were able to get them for really cheap to ‘try them out’. Here’s what we did.
2 @ $8 = 16
1 bottle of nail polish remover 2.27
total = 18.27
– $5 off CVS cosmetic
– $3 off CVS beauty club member
– $3 mq
= $7.27 oop, then net out $3 ECB from covergirl = $4.27.
So, we are pretending that we got them for $1 each…since we would have paid for the polish remover anyway since it rarely runs on sale but counts for the beauty club!

Is it normally allowed to use both the $5 off CVS cosmetics coupon AND the $3 off CVS Beauty Club Member coupon in the same transaction?

I got a CRT $5/$15 cosmetics coupon and a CRT $3 CoverGirl Natureluxe coupon that I stacked with a $3/2 CG MQ on two CG Natureluxe lipsticks priced $7.79 each.

Price was $7.79 x 2 = $15.58. I used the $3 + $3 + $5 coupons to take the cost down to $4.58 + tax OOP and got a $3 ECB for buying $10 in CG product. Net was $1.58 plus tax for two lipsticks.

Christina, I didn’t know so I gave it to the cashier and she ran it through. My cashiers are very good at not allowing incorrect transactions. If it was not, then she was also mistaken. If this is incorrect please someone tell me. Is it really any different than the $3 CG natureluxe one as in MauraFlorida’s transaction? (I got that one too.) I really need direction here. Thanks for any help on this as I do want to abide by the rules. 🙂
