Can i use the 4 off 12 cosmetic coupon when it is only 11.98?
You should be able to since CVS requires the total to be atleast 98%.

That’s exactly why I came here Tina. My CVS is gung-ho, everything must be by the book and would NEVER put through this coupon. Now, “S” says that CVS requires the total to be at least 98%. I’ve never heard that before. I’m calling customer service tomorrow to verify. In the meantime, I found in my binder an extracare coupon for $2 off any cosmetics purchase $10 or more that expires on 4/17/13. If my store won’t take the first one, I’ll have this as a back-up.
The cash registers automatically calculate the 98% and print the ecb’s based upon the 98% or more when items are purchased for a particular deal. If your cashiers are picky, if you can, have several items in your transactions so it will be harder for them to keep track. I have also asked cashiers to, “Just try it”. I love that surprised look on their faces when it goes through!
It worked for me a few hours ago!
