I have a quick question if you don’t mind. I experienced that my ECBs wasn’t taken for some reasons, it wasn’t scanned. Do you have any idea why? any advice would be appreciated, enjoy your day!
So an ECB that you earned and tried to use to pay didn’t go thru?
yes, that is right ,$7 ECBs. It was just disappeared from the receipt, but my cashier gave it back to me after checkout. We looked at it and it isn’t expired.
I’d call customer service for ExtraBucks – they should be able to look into it or get you a new one. I’ve had ECBs that I accidentally left in the car and the sun basically ate them. LOL. In the future maybe try the send to card feature which makes it a little less likely you’ll have problems.
