The $4/3 Covergirl coupon beeped for me at the register. The cashier figured it does not apply to the smoochies because they are considered “accessories” which are excluded in the coupon. Not sure if that is the accurate reason but just so you know, the coupon might beep for you, depending on the cashier, they may push it through, or not.
