I was told the coupon printing at the red box was a manufacturer coupon and could not be stacked with the other coupon. The pointed out the MFR on the coupon.
Even though the coupon printing out the red machine says MFR on it, it is technically a CVS coupon. Both coup0ns will go through without any beeps. Just show the cashier the front page of the ad where it says there is a $.50 coupon to be clipped and then it says save even more with $2.50 instant coupon. If they still refuse to use it, contact 1800shopcvs and complain about your store. AND just so you know, even the ECBs when printed out say it’s a manufacturers coupon and you can definitely use those with paper coupons.
I did the toothpaste deal without a hitch…no beeps.
