I spotted lots of items priced at $1.99 including nail polish, mascara, eye liner, brow pencils and more. There is an All You coupon and also a printable. The printable says “available at Duane Read” but it’s a MQ and does not say “only” or even “redeemable at”. You can only use the coupon on items that are $1.72+ so here are a couple of ideas…
