Yesterday I was at CVS and got a 3 off 15 dollar baby care purchase! I was so excited as I used it with the Huggies Diaper Deal this week!

Can someone tell me how that Coupon Center works? I was at CVS yesterday and swiped my card and said No Coupon Deals today; Check back tomorrow ?? The last time I swiped it was well over a week ago.
I go to CVS almost twice a week and I got the same message today no coupons so its odd to see this list of coupons and I got nothing today.
