I always see a lot of deals that involve $4/20 off Coupon for CVS and I know you get them randomly but I have heard that you can buy them at ebay. i was wondering if this is legit because I thought it had to match with your cvs card #. I would really appreciated a lot . TIA

Christie April 21, 2012 at 11:01 am: I’ve bought them before and they are usually just coupons found in a booklet, or flyer. Not coupons from the coupon center. Just read it closely because sometimes they are only good in certain states. Sometimes they’ll offer a promotion however in one specific area and the coupons won’t be limited to just that area so you can use them anywhere. 🙂

This coupon reads “Get $3 off your total shopping trip when you buy three Hallmark Cards at CVS. Must buy 3. Retailer: Consumer must purchase three Hallmark cards (Each card minimum value of $1.49) to get $3.00 off their total shopping trip.

Can anyone explain this…$1.49 x 3 = $4.47 plus tax. You would then get $3 ECB ($4.47 – $3.00 = $1.47 or $.49 each)

So how is this a $1.53 money maker????
