I bought 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner this morning and use the $2/1 and got them both free =)
The system will not allow you to purchase just 1 VO5 you will need to purchase 2 and then you will be able to use the overage. I did this twice this week I received the coupons twice this week.
i have bought 3 and paid .53¢ i am VERY happy with that price. since my stock pile was out of shampoo! ya really it was.
i was able to purchase 1 @ .79 and it took off the full $2.

I found better deals by using the $2 off + $1 garnier(M)+$1Garnier from the magic mahine as well..I got 2 Fructis shampoos and 2 styling puttys for .87(cents)…in Florida
Update: Yes I was able to purchase 1 V05 shampoo and the coupon went through fine. Here’s what I did 1 V05 shampoo .79 1 crest w/scope outlast $3.39 1 bubble gum .57, used $2.00 cvs coupon, $1.00 cvs coupon and .75 crest coupon from inside another box of crest total came to $1.45 received $2.00ECB. Thanks
I bought 3 VO5 used the $2/1 from the cvs coupon machine and paid .40 🙂 I did this 4 times , everbody in my family has a cvs card.
