The last time the gas deal was on, there were no cards for BP so I didn’t do my reward. I held onto it til this week and asked for a card. By now they had no cards and gave me a $10 CVS card instead! Might be worth thinkin about if anyone doesn’t use a particular type of gas.
Has any one had problems with the Physician’s Formula not crediting to the gas card reward? I just got four of the blue bottles, marked down to 4.99, and they didn’t apply to the reward. They also charged me for all four, no b1g1 free. In the circular it says “ALL” Physicians Formula skin care. I didn’t notice it until I got home, so I called the Extra Card line, but they can’t look at the receipt until 24 hours after purchase, but took all my info and will call me back. I will let you know how it is resolved.
Yes, I had the same problem. It wasn’t marked as clearance and when I got up there it rang at $5.75 and didn’t prompt the gas card. The manager was nice enough to correct the problem. I hope yours is resolved too.
CVS has been great. I spoke to someone on the phone and they gave be “credit” for two of the products that can be printed at the magic coupon machine and then when I go back in to the store the manager will credit them to the gas card. Very impressed by customer service.
