I went shopping at cvs tonight and wanted the gillette deal where if u buy $30 u get a$10 ecb. Well I bought 4 of the Gillette disposable razors at $7.99. I used the b1g1free coupon and also the $3 off one disposable. And they said I couldn’t use both. Which they did put it through anyway since I’m a regular customer. But isn’t it policy that u can use another coupon when u use a b1g1free coupon? I wanna make sure that I’m correctly using my coupons. So all together I used 2 b1g1free and 2 $3 off coupons. Is this ok.

Jamie,

I did the same deal. I purchased 4 razors 2 Profusions and 2 Mach 3, used 2 – $4 off Gillette Fusion coupons and tried using 2 – BOGO Mach 3 razor coupons. I was also told that I could not use 2 BOGO coupons, however they allowed me to use just one. I also used a 25% off coupon for the Tide Pods 14ct. for $4.99, however it also worked with the razors, which I didn’t think it would. I paid a total of $9.71 for the razors and Tide and received $10 ECB’s back for purchasing the razors. I’m just confused with them not allowing the other BOGO coupon because I thought you could use the coupon per the CVS policy. Over all I can’t complain because it was an awesome deal for those expensive razors.

I think that it usually is ok by the cvs coupon policy but from what I have heard before it’s Proctor and Gamble that forbids this, but I don’t know for sure. Anyone else know if this is correct?

You can get the Hershey Simple pleasure for $0.32. I had a $2.00/1 that came about a month ago and a CVS $2.00/2 that came in the Sunday paper today and all I had to pay is tax. Hope you guys can score the same deal I did.

Charlita, wasn’t the $2/2 in today’s paper a manufacturer coupon as well?? I thought it was and just said good only at CVS but maybe I read it wrong?
