I would say that candy corn is considered holiday since I don’t think it’s available year round. Might depend on your store/cashier.

I live in dayton, ohio and just purchased 4 various herbal essences shampoos in the 23.7 ounce bottles and used 2 of the B1G1 coupons from 9/16 SS insert and their register took off 6.99 for each coupon even though the shampoos rang up for 5.99 each. Also, I was super happy to find out that a $10 ECB printed out on the bottom of the receipt even though this week’s ad only advertised a $5 ECB reward when you spend $15 on aussie, pantene, herbal essences, or head & shoulders.
