For some reason my CVS always has an issue with the B1G1 Coupon when the item is on sale B1G1 Free or B1G1 50% off. There was a Cover Girl coupon for B1G1 and they had a sale on Cover Girl B1G1 50% off and they gave me the second item free with coupon, but I did not get the 50% off. They said I was already getting it for free so they could not take 50% off.
I never use my BOGO free coupons on a BOGO 50% off sale at CVS or Walgreens. They will either give you 1/2 off the one that’s already 50% off or they’ll give you the second one free. Either way it’s not that good of a deal, especially when you can take the BOGO free coupon to Target or Walmart and get the products a lot cheaper.
The BOGO free coupons are better used with a BOGO free sale where you can get both items free 🙂
