They wouldn’t let me combine the coupons for some reason. Bummer.

My CVS randomly started doing that same thing recently, said I couldn’t use coupons from their machine & MQ coupons because they were ALL MQ coupons. I had to get in writing from their CUSTOMER CARE DEPT that ALL coupons from the red machine are CVS coupons & may be combined with MQs!!! I still have to wave that email at them from time to time. I know how frustrating that can be.
You can always use a CVS coupon and a Mfg. coupon. You should have asked for a manager.
My best advice for you Lindy and Annie, is to report it to DM (District Manager) and always have a coupon policy with you at all time, be aware some of the cvs will make policies as they go along, if they say customer service is important then have them prove it otherwise go to another CVS. Once District manager will get your report watch them shape up because they are afraid to lose their job in this economy
