The greeting card deal is back at CVS! The ad states you’ll get $3 ECB WYB either (3) American Greetings Cards or (3) Hallmark Cards, (depending on which your store carries) priced at $1.99+. However, this deal is working on the $0.99 cards too. So you can really get some great deals!
I was able to grab a mix of Thanksgiving cards priced between $0.99 and $1.99 and the ECB printed.

The ad and sticker both specify $1.99 and up so I didnt bother to try it. Maybe with a mix as above….but I’m never very lucky with those risks!
