yes. for whatever reason, the .99 always seem to be included (even though the ad says another thing!)

They didn’t let me use the Hallmark coupon in my CVS! bummer…
I went last night and bought the WRONG cards (American Greeting cards) I purchased
3 cards for .99 each I got a $3 in Extra bucks back…. I guess it works on those card too
