Wooooo Hoooo! I got a $5/30. So excited ;o) I see some FREE Revlon eye liners in my future when I combine the CVS & MFQ’s with the ECB deal. Awesome.

I always transfer these to my card but usually they go unused. The mgr. at my store says they can only be used on non-sale items plus, he takes off all Q’s first. He’s a real jerk! Still, by following Christie’s site, I get awesome deals! Thanks!
If I were you I would call corporate and complain. Perhaps even get the number for the district office and speak with the district manager.. He is definitely wrong, the $/$$ coupons are not meant to only apply after all coupons, because manufacturer coupons are like cash. The store gets paid back for them anyway, so even if your total is $0.03 after manufacturer coupons, you can still use your 4 off 20. The only way he may be right is if he said that it is after all cvs store coupons. I am not sure about that.
He definitely sounds like a jerk because they always take my $/$$ and then my other q’s and I use mine on sale items all the time. True you can’t use the % off coupons on sale items but you can definitely use $/$$ off ones.
