Here’s some great news on the Revlon deal! The Revlon Nail Strips are also ringing up $4.99 and working for the $3 ECBs! The ad says it excludes Nail Art but they must be referring to the Nail pens, which aren’t included. So if you are interested in trying these or already a fan check out this deal….
