I found some clearance in the baby aisle at my CVS. The Huggies Soft Skin wipes were marked 50% off, and there were a lot of these left on the shelf. The Pampers Easy Ups were 25-50% off depending on gender. There are some printable coupons available for these to help you get a better deal if you find the same at your store.

The soap is very strong smelling and generally not pleasant.
