Fortunately, they have included the four pack of travel-size tubes in this deal. It was regularly priced at $3.29 at my store, but prices sometimes vary slightly from area to area. The limit for this deal is two, so you can do this deal twice and end up with 8 tubes at 7¢ each!

If you go to the Red Machine it will print out a $2.50 off Colgate coupon which worked for me and I also got the $3.00 ECB .
