Last week I was 3 cents shy of getting ECB and they didnt print, which totally throws off so many deals at CVS 🙁 Have you heard of this happening to others?
The tiered deals will do that -ex. spend $20 get $5 or spend $30 get $10. So with those deals you have to hit or exceed the threshold.
