My ad showed Spend $12 on any Maybelline Eye and get $4 ECB; however that’s not what happened when I went in on Sunday. I bought 2 mascaras, and my receipt showed I needed to spend another $3.02 in order to earn my reward. So I went back for another msacara, and a $5 printed.
It appears the actual deal working Sunday was Spend $15 and get back $5 ECB.
I don’t know if this is something that will be modified to fit what the ad actually reads. You may want to inquire when you get to your store. Also, the limit was not 1. I bought an additional two mascaras and received another $5 ECB. So I spent a total of $29.95 before coupons, and received two $5 ECB rewards.

I went today and bought 3 Maybelline mascaras and also received 5 ECB. I also bought 1 CG Bombshell 11.99 and a CG eye/brow liner duo for 4.19. I used a 6/30 beauty product (e-mail) and 5/15 cosmetic purchase, 1 (3 bombshell coupon) 1 (1 any cover girl) and 3 ( 2 Maybelline New York). Total before coupons 34.15. Total 13.15 after coupons and got 2(5 ECB). So 3.15 + tax for everything. Or .63 cents each! Very happy about my purchase
As a former cashier, you are only allowed one off your purchase offer per transaction. However, If you meet the requirement of both offers ($45), then you can use them together. That’s per the coupon policy. Cashiers get written up for this stuff and then y’all complain when they start cracking down.
