I did the OFF deal. I bought 3 OFF powerpad refills @ $6.49 each, used (1) $2.00/2 OFF and (1) $1.00/1 OFF, and $8.00 extrabucks. I earned $5.00 extrabucks and $5.00 from Savings Star for spending $18.00 on OFF products. All in all $1.53 money maker.
