The least expensive lip products I found were the Smoochies lip balm and lip gloss. Just be careful and scan the item. I found a couple on clearance at my store and those won’t count toward the card. The Lash Blast Volume is $8.99 at my store. Be sure to add your transaction since prices may vary slightly for you.
