Soda deals are regional but you may want to check if this deal is available in your area. My store has the Pepsi products on sale $5 each or 3 for $10, plus spend $30 and get back $10 CVS Cash Card. You have to buy three 12 pks in one transaction in order to get the price to drop down, and you can’t buy more than three in one transaction. These ring up at regular price, then a “discount” is deducted in order to drop down the price to 3 for $10. In my case, this amount is -$6.47. In my first transaction I bought 2 Pepsi 12 pks and 1 Manzanita Sol (apple flavored). Then at the bottom of my receipt, the CVS Cash Card total reads I have gotten to $15 (not $10, since the $5 price is the one counting toward the card.
So, if you do two separate transactions, it should prompt for the gift card after spending only $20! The first two rectangles at right are the first receipt and the second two squares are the second receipt. The second transaction I bought 2 Manzanita Sols and one Pepsi 12 pk.
Again, please note that soft drink prices can vary greatly by region, And also the inclusion of the Soft drinks in the CVS Cash Card deal may vary. Be sure to check your ad or in store signage and see if the Pepsi products are included in your ad for the gift card.
