If you are accepted, you are provided with a hand held scanner that you use to record your purchases. You then transmit your purchases once a week by phone, it can be fun for kids to help out too!
You can also get a ton of points just for doing the on-line surveys. They really help boost your totals a great deal and the surveys are very short. The longer you are part of the program the more points you’ll get for every activity and the more points you earn when you transmit.
