It’s that time of the year when we must calculate our Beauty purchases very carefully! If you’re a member of the Beauty Club, pay close attention to your balance. The Beauty Club Amount resets at the end of the year. If you have spent $35 and thereby not reached your next $50 buy the end of the year, on January 1st, your balance will be ZERO, and you’ll have to start over.
It takes up to 48 hours for an expenditure to show on your receipt, so if it’s been longer than that since you visited the store, the next time you’re there, buy something that does not contain any items that qualify for beauty, then check the Beauty Club Spending on your receipt.
You can see the example above, I need $8.29 for my next $50. I don’t want $41.71 worth Beauty purchases to go to waste, so I’ll be buying something soon. Since purchases can take up to 48 hours to show on your beauty account balance, it would be best to complete Beauty spending 48 hours prior to the cut off date of December 31.
You may want to calculate to go over the $50, but not by a lot! I would suggest making your final beauty purchase on or before December 28, 2014. I’ve been out shopping late in the evening, and my beauty club doesn’t actually track until the third day, so I advise caution. It would just be a shame for you to accumulate $48, then have your balance return to ZERO.

Thanks for the heads up! I would not have known this.
Yes thanks! I didn’t even know!
Np! Happy to help.
I learned this the hard way last year- had less than $1. In addition to shopping for our own family, I also stop at CVS for my elderly in-laws. They had $.30….. I thought that was amazing until I checked my own account and I had $.16. I was able to spend $2.50 for lip scrubs & a primer with a mailed CVS coupon in conjunction with a BOGO for my toung teen girls
