Hi Brenda. You can use Savingstar at CVS. You don’t even have to upload the receipts. You just register your CVS card with Savingstar. I grabbed the Suave deal that Christie posted last week. I bought it Monday and by Thursday, the SavingStar was added to my balance. Although, sometimes it takes longer.
The eb limit on this deal is more than 1. Purchased 2 and my receipt reads 2 more needed for next eb.
