Why do we get any Extra Bucks back if it’s under $10?

The bucks are considered prior to the coupons; so you will get the bucks I bought 6 cans of shave cream, 2 mouthwash and 2 toothbrushes paid under $1. as I used previous bucks and coupons and got back $22 in bucks. I just followed this wonderful site try it as it really works.
