A few months ago I noticed that the only coupons that printed for me from the kiosk were the ones that were advertised in that weeks flier (such as 30c off soda, etc). I scan my card once a week and used to get lots of coupons! (have had CVS card for years). I asked cashier and they told me to call customer service. I did and they couldn’t tell me why i’m not receiving any other coupons except for the advertised ones. Has it been happening to anyone else? short of getting a new card/account (which I don’t want to do b/c I have beauty $ accumulating), i’m not sure what else to do.
