I also found the Max Fresh 4pk at my store with a sticker pasted on UPC 35000 76289 4 (above right), and it worked as well! When I bought the Max Fresh 4pk, the description on the receipt read “Total Advanced,” so if you spot the Max Fresh variety at your store, make sure to double check the UPC number matches and that it is a sticker pasted on top of the original UPC, so you get your Extra Bucks! The limit is two.

Did this deal today in Chicago on Southside, bought 2 Colgate Total Advantage MaxiFresh blue box paid with previous $4ECB received $6ECB. thank you for the post, like to keep travel size toothpaste for traveling.
