Does anyone know what zip code to use for the $3/1 CoverGirl coupon? I’m not seeing it and I’ve tried a few different ones now.
I’m actually curious where to go to find out which zip codes to use for certain IP’s I see posted online all the time. Many of the times when I click a link listed on a blog for a coupon on Coupons.com or SmartSource, etc., they aren’t there for me…
