These are very rare, and I know last time there was one of these it was really regional. Last time I did not get it, but I did get it this time. Hopefully this one had better distribution. This week you’ll earn $10 ECB for buying two Physician’s formula products. With the new year, several products were discontinued and new ones have popped up, including skin care. The deal specifically states the exclusion of makeup removers, but this new eye makeup remover worked for the ECB’s! I don’t know if this is something they may fix, but it worked for me yesterday.
