Many of you had a wonderful coupon in this weekend’s Smartsource for $3 off any color Revlon cosmetic with the exception of the Kiss balm. This deal looks to be a part of the Free Summer Bag for Spending $30, but it has not been working in the store. Even upon having $30 worth of items (NOT including the value of the bag), the coupon did not work for me on Sunday. If you would like to try this deal, here’s scenario.
