If you have been exclusively ordering online these days, and you ordered online last Sunday, be sure to Send the ECBs to your card. They only give you a few days to send2card. I ordered these deals on Sunday but they did not show up right away. I know this also happened to a friend of mine. I’m not sure if it was wide-spread or it just happened to a few people. ECBs are usually issued once the items ship, but for some reason this did not happen last week. I had gotten my order early in the week but the ECBs did not show up until late Friday but I only had a couple days to send to card. I had called the Online Shipping Department 1-800-679-9691 who are working, but they don’t deal with ECB’s (more like with lost orders or missing products). I was told to submit an email because the Extra Bucks Department is closed to phone calls but they are working via email. Unfortunately, their response time is noted at 15 days. I’m thinking that it might have happened to quite a few people because my ECB’s and my friend’s just showed up Friday, with no response via email yet. Hopefully it was a glitch they fixed, and it won’t happen this week!
