If you have been been ordering online from CVS these days, and you’ve had issues with your orders, the Extra Care customer service is back! Let me warn you that it’s a long wait on the phone. Last week one of the items on my order was cancelled, so now I’m due a refund for the ECB’s used. They told me; however, that those items cancelled were going to be refunded if you paid with ECB’s automatically and to wait. They were set to be done by the 10th. They did reiterate to call again if they do not show up by that date 🤞.

Thanks because two my orders were canceled and they used my 2 10 dollars and one 5 dollars I called talked to customer service weeks ago one of them they were going to email me a gift card never got it about four weeks ago when all the virus stuff started maybe I’ll wait and see if they dont credit my account back
