If you have been been ordering online from CVS these days, and have had issue, check out what happened to me — I had two items on my order from April 19th that got cancelled. As you know when you order something paying with ECB’s and stuff get’s cancelled, your ECB’s disappear and you have to call the ECB department, but they were off for several weeks. I had several calls with the Online ordering department and then with Extra Care Customer Service who just returned. Initially they told me it would be done AUTOMATICALLY by May 10th then last week they said it was a miscommunication it was 10 working days. I’m not sure how many days the ECB dept has been back, but I spoke to them initially on May 7th. I barely received my refund for a grand total of $10 on May 16th!
I had ordered $20 worth of items, some of which shipped. I had used my $10 Carepass and a few other ECBs to pay for it. The items cancelled totaled $6.38. I’m not sure why $10 was refunded. I had not used ANY manufacturer or CVS coupons on the items that were cancelled, so also I do not know if that will reflect on your refunds. Perhaps it was just because I used the Carepass on this one and they refund that. If you had a similar order with a cancellation and a refund, do let us know how you fared. Or, if your order with a cancellation was after the 19th, perhaps give it a few more days. They may be running behind since they were off all those weeks. Good luck!
