Ordering Online – Rewards Progress Issues & Tips

If you’ve shopped online lately, you’ll notice something wacky is going on with the Rewards progress and the order. I add all my items to my transaction and sometimes only one or two of the items have the line “Count towards ExtraBucks Rewards” in the order page. At first I worried, and even when you place the order, the Rewards Progress on the order details (ABOVE, LEFT) would not show all the rewards that I was supposed to get based on the items I added to my order. However, I have not had any issues actually getting the ECB’s. The above rewards progress (ABOVE, LEFT) and all the rewards earned (ABOVE, RIGHT) are the same order. So the projected ECB’s totaled $8.50 but in actuality I received $14.50, which is what I was expecting.

Just make sure you are selecting the correct item (including size) going by the details page of the product, and your orders should work out correctly. I’ve also had a few weeks of NO CANCELLATIONS to my orders. Yay!!! I can’t say this has happened for everyone, but I do hope that they are getting better. Because if you remember it was a bit of a while to wait before they would refund the ECB’s on items that were cancelled from our orders.
