Has CVS changed the way they track threshold deals ONLINE? I was able to grab a threshold deal this week by spending $11xx BEFORE ECBs used to earn the $3 ECB (for spending $10.) I did pay with ECB’s, and I still got my $3 ECB. Notoriously you must spend the threshold AFTER all coupons and ECBs are used in order to earn the threshold, but this I did not do. On the Dramamine deal you can see on the left how my order information read. It reads I have $5.93 towards the $10 threshold to earn the $3 ECB. I simply finalized my order, and I still received the $3 ECB. I had spent $11xx but I had paid with some ECB’s. I don’t know if this is because I did spend $10.18 in actual money on the entire order. (I had other stuff). Perhaps because I had spend over $10 in money (not ECB’s or other coupons) somehow the entire $10 was used towards the only threshold deal in my order OR now we can pay with ECB’s towards a threshold deal and earn the ECBs online. I cannot say for sure. Will this work with MFG coupons or other CVS coupons. I don’t know since I had no MFG coupons for Dramamine. Do let us know if you’ve tried this recently, and if it has or has not worked for you. I will try something whenever a good threshold deal comes along to check on this further…
