I tried again to grab threshold deal online and I am able to confirm that UNLIKE in-store you must reach the threshold to the penny or surpass it BEFORE any MFG coupons and ECBs in order to earn the extra bucks. I grabbed a Scott and Viva pack totaling $19.98, and I did not earn my $5 ECB for spending $20. However, you can see in the progress tab of my account that it was $19.98 (both packs before any coupons) that was counting towards the $20 threshold. I still have not tried to use any CVS coupons (other than ECB’s) or percentage off coupons to see if those lower the amount that counts towards the threshold.

If you order online and pick up your order after the promotional period ends, do you still get the ECB?
