You can get a prepaid American Express card and use it on the next transaction. I did it 3 times the first week they came up with this deal.

We got 2 Amrican Experss cards (10.00 each) when we went last week.
I got $10 AmEx gift cards just in case I wanted to use them for something other than CVS. But, I used the $10 from the Wisk to get the oop down on the paper towels, and still got a new one!! Yay!!!
