Great news! The Progresso Soup ECB Deal is even better than we thought. The limit for this is not one. It is advertised to earn $1 ECB when you buy two for $3 and limit one. I bought four on Sunday and was super happy to receive a $2 ECB! Plus, when I checked my receipt, it still reads I can do another deal.
