There’s a really nice stack on White Rain products at CVS. These are regularly priced at $1.67, but your price may vary a little. There is a White Rain coupon that you can stack with a Mobisave offer for 75¢ on (2) and an ibotta offer for 25¢ on (2). My ibotta reads thru 3/25, but this date can vary by user, so be sure to check your app.
I found mousse at my store, but some other stores do carry hairspray as well. Also, I found these next to the Alberto V05 and not in the stylers section.
