I notice you have multiple CVS coupons from the Reinventing Beauty magazine in the same transaction for the Sensodyne. The coupons state “one coupon per customer’ so you really can’t use more than one in the same transaction 🙂
I had 1 of the $5 off of $10 and 1 of the $2.50 off 2 and they took them both in the same transaction. They said they were different coupons so it didn’t matter, just like if I had used one for soap or something.
I just came back from my CVS. In regards to the Sensodyne deal this is what the cashier and her team leader (not sure her exact title) told me. The $2.50 off 2 Sensodyne CVS coupon will match up with the manufacturer’s coupon just like any other coupon. As to the GSK $5 off purchase of $10, it is just like the CVS coupons that state save $5 off $40 coupon and they did accept my coupons. The register beeped and they entered them manually. But all of my CVS coupons beeped even the Lumene coupons I used. I will say I asked them before I went through the line because I shop there frequently and did not want to appear to be trying to pull a fast one. I’m sure some stores could have issues but that is what my store said.
Also bought two Speed Stick and the coupon did not take off $3.99. It beeped for the cashier to input the cost.
So Debbie, if that is the case, then you were able to use 3 $2.50/2 RIB and 3 $2/50/2 Man and the $5 off $10 GSK as well?? That would be pretty amazing. Can you break down how you did your purchase?
I bought 8 tubes of toothpaste. I used 3 of the $5 off $10, 4 of the $2.50 off 2 manufacturers coupons and 4 of the $2.50 off 2 of the CVS Sensodyne coupons. Total cost before tax $35.96 cost after coupons $.96 Our tax rate is 6% so I spent $2.16 and received a $10. gift card and have $5.96 toward my next card. Hope this helps.
