I have seen reports of free razors at Walmart. Reg. price $2.99, free w/coupon. YMMV.
To get some free razors, I used a $2.00 off Schick disposal razor (with no size restriction) expiring 9/2012 to buy the travel package of two razors for $1.99 for a .01 money maker. (in the travel sample section.) It is even possible (if I study my receipt) that my 20% off purchase CVS slip took off 20% from the cost to make it a$.40 money maker.
