Hi just to remind people that you can do this deal more than once. The tag at my cvs said limit 6 per household. Not sure if it meams 6 deals or 6 items. i did the deal twice yesterday and got $14 ecb. No shopping today we are in hurricane mode- stay safe everyone

I’m leaning more towards 6 deals. I did it twice yesterday and got $14 ecbs and I did it twice today and got $14 ecbs.

It’s 6 separate deals. I did 4 of them yesterday and got back $28 ECB’s. Something I didn’t know until yesterday when I used a large ECB to counteract this one, if you have say $30 ECB all on one (I got it from the Nexxus the prior week) it will take manager approval to use a coupon of ECB’s that large. Didn’t have any problem using them just had to wait for it to be approved by a manager. Just thought I’d throw that out there … also it’d probably be wise to split it up anyway so you don’t have to worry about spending the large amount all at once again.

I went to my CVS first thing Sunday morning to pick up the nail clippers for $2.99. They had NONE in stock. I was so disappointed, and thought if I was the first one there I could’t miss out. Wrong. This is my second week trying out CVS and the second time they didn’t have something. Is this normal, or is it the CVS I’m going to???

Laura, unfortunately there are some shoppers that think only of themselves and if there aren’t limits will take as much as they can get their hands on with no regard to others. ALWAYS get a raincheck!!! CVS will honor the ECB deal no matter how long it takes them to get the items in 🙂

In this case since no coupons are needed, rainchecks are the way to go 🙂

No unfortunately it’s “normal”. CVS has these great deals but they only carry enough items for very few people. After awhile you get enough rainchecks to cover your bedroom walls and you hope they will come in BEFORE your coupons expire. Sad but true!

How frustrating! If you get a rain check, do they give you the ECB when you redeem it?

Question the deal is buy 2 get $7 ecbs, what if i buy 4 do i get 14 ecbs in same transaction, and or buy 6 do i get 21 ecbs ?

Yes, if you bought 4 you are supposed to get one ECB for $14 (not two for $7) and so on.

I notice that deal was the same as last week or 2 wks ago (dont quite remember) but wanted to know if its the same deal or not because last time I reached my limit of 6 and was wondering if its a monthly deal or not.

Thanks

Are you able to “roll” the deal? As in use the ECBs that you receive for purchasing the items for a separate transaction for the same items and receive another ECB? I haven’t shopped at CVS in so long I totally forgot!
