how many ecb can you use in a transaction? do you need an item for each one like you do at walgreens?
U can use as many coupons on 1 item. It’s totally opposite from WAGS.
They also have large single count nails files for $2.57 in my area. They are not housed w/ the beauty tools, but in the cosmetics section to the bottom left of the nail polish.

I found the nail files for only $2.27! Turned into a small MM!
