These were not tagged, but when I bought it, it did print the $5 ECB! The regular prices on these do vary slightly from store to store, but I found them for $6.99. The limit is 1, so if you’ve already bought another Venus or the Proglide, you won’t be able to do it again. I bought one Venus & Olay razor, $11.29, used $4.00 off $10.00 CVS machine Q, $3.00 MFR Q, and the 30% off Q, paid $1.38 and got $5.00 EB! $3.62 MM, that includes the tax 🙂
