I can not find this coupon in the (10/27 ss) for dove. Can someoe help me. I am new to this and Im trying hard.

The coupon is more than likely a regional coupon. Different papers have different coupons.
Are you not allowed to use ibotta on a free item? I have $1/1 for both shampoo and conditioner
