Giveaway & Review: Gorton’s Artisan Fillets

by Christie on March 18, 2014

Screen Shot 2014-03-18 at 2.56.19 PMI’m always looking for tasty and affordable meals I can create quickly and I’ve also been looking to add more fish into my diet. I recently had the opportunity to try out the new Gorton’s Artisan Fillets. These come in four different varieties – Roasted Garlic & Italian Herb, Lemon & Cracked Peppercorn, Southwest Tortilla and Southern Style. They are all made with wild-caught Alaska Pollock and bold ingredients like chilies, peppercorns, and crushed tortilla chips.

If you are looking for a yummy and easy dinner solution I’d highly recommend giving the Artisan Fillets a try! I really liked how easy they were to make and they were full of flavor. My favorite was the Southwest Tortilla variety. I like my food with a little extra kick (without being too spicy) and this one fit the bill perfectly. I especially loved the crispy and crunchy breading. 😉 I had it with a side of grilled corn salsa (a recipe I got straight from the Gorton’s website). It was delicious! I also tried the Roasted Garlic and Italian Herb with rice – also delicious and flavorful!
